Hi Kelvin, the answer is yes. But learn first the details of your a) previous mistakes, b) new business opportunity (using market study, biz plan, etc.). yes! learn why it failed and learn from your mistakes. If the business is sound you just need to focus on what led the pitfalls. The best advice I can offer is make sure that you have a plan!!!!
