Not sure if I should hire an admin, work with a virtual admin or a receptionists service.

I feel as if i am in need of an assistant to help with various tasks such as updating, organizing my online CRM, Insightly.com, assistance with creating some systems, organizing my online files, etc. I'm so confused as when to add someone, type of person to add, etc.

If you have a lot of clients and the paper work are piling up it's time to hire an assistant. If your company is virtual go with a virtual admin. Have you tried Odesk https://www.odesk.com or Elance https://www.elance.com?

Have to second what Marjorie says. I have used multiple personal assistants and translators from Elance and it was a great experience. You'll need to be really clear as to what you need so that you can get accurate bids, so spend some time on that. Using Elance to get a virtual assistant can be very cost effective in a way adding a headcount might not be.

Salesforce CRM is one of the leading CRM systems in the market currently. It has different product offerings according to the business size which is easily scalable. All the features mentioned above are present OOTB with a lot of other analytics and insights on top of it which would be helpful for business growth. So, if you are looking for a scalable solution for future Salesforce is the best option. But if you want to start small there are other options available like Hubspot, Zoho etc.
