Most business plans will have a few keys basic principles including but not limited to:

Executive summary of your business Market analysis Structure of our business organization Description of Products and services you offer Pricing and cost models (Here is where you demonstrate how you reach an ROI) Overview of Marketing and Sales plan Financial projections Project planning worksheet with key milestones and dates.
