Chima hello, with due respect, I would not focus on building confidence on my ability but rather identify why you want to become an entrepreneur, what has life shown you you should be pursuing, and what is it that you can start immediately without much need for capital, resources, etc. And focus on who's problems you want to solve, manifest or hidden, and how you envision solving them. If this does not build confidence in your purpose, a strong ability as an entrepreneur might not help you in building it either.

No one starts off confident. Only with understanding your markets, the industry that you operate in, your product USP and willingness of customers to pay for it will boost your morale. So its an outward journey that turns inward.

My answer is a little different - but sometimes it just takes time. And the saying, "Fake it till you make it" also applies in entrepreneurship. Working on confidence is something we all have to do as people and as entrepreneurs. Even the most successful people still have confidence issues. I wouldn't think of it as a problem, it's more like a rite of passage. The KEY is to be afraid and do it anyway. Here's a quote that's helped me a lot:
"You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it."
Much Love, Sabrina

Lack of confidence comes in everyone's package. You must embrace it and move on.
The failures and the successes are elements of the same equation.
