I'm launching MANAGED b2b marketplace platform for a niche category. The business model, value proposition and everything is ready. Just need some advice on the process of starting-up practically and forming a team. Thanks for your time in advance.

It's a fully stacked b2b marketplace, the website is developed, the business model is ready, the target markets have been identified. Just need some advice on forming up a good team and where to look for such people who can help growing the business. Also being a first time founder, I don't know much about the recruiting process, so any advise will be very helpful, thanks!

Hi Meet Shah, I could give you some advices, but it will depend on the resources that you have in this first stage and the prospective of growth. The first step is define your needs in order to identify and priorize your team requirements. And then list all of the main tasks related to the core of your business. I will add on Oscars' advice, It's important to manage your finances; do you have enough capital for the next 6 months or 12 months? this means it covers your fixed and variable costs. So when you hire people you have enough money to give them monthly salaries. Otherwise, you should have something to give them. You would offer internship[ positions (unpaid) so they will gain practical experience and you will benefit from their knowledge or they might be co-founders in the company.
