I would like to sell out shares to get more capital funds

ours is a private limited company with projected capital of 10,00,000.00 indian rupees and paid up capital of 100,000.00 i would like to sell the shares to few selected people to raise working capital. i need to raise min 50,00,000.00 kindly advice the way out to do this. i would like to sell out shares at the same time hold the companies ownership as well. i mean the hold on the company must be with me and at the same time raise working capital.
