Hi Samuel,

One way to build a healthy customer relationship is to ask for feedback and treat that feedback in a constructive way such that you improve your services whereever needed.

Another way would be give something to your customer which they need but are not aware that they need. It could be an additional service or a small freebie, but that tells your customer that you care for them and think of them even when they aren't expecting you to think of them.

One more way that I have been following to improve my customer relations is to get in touch with them over email or call once in a while and just talk to them, ask them all is weel, everything is working smoothly, is the whether fine, etc...Also, if you come to know that there has been something (either good or bad) with your client, just let them, say if your client got an award, just congratulate them, or if the COIVD cases rise in th e area your client, just ask them if all of them are fine and well...this goes a long way!

I hope this is helpful!
