It is not advised that you entrust your business capital to your boyfriend. One, you are not married yet and you may have disagreement in future and part ways. Once that happens, you are most likely to lose your funds. Again, unless your boyfriend is in the same industry with you, his significant inputs will be grossly limited. This is not to say that he won't be of any use. Make use of his areas of strength but l'd advise you keep money matters entrusted to financial experts only.

Well, Business and friendship or emotions and professionalism get intertwined is certainly not ethical for business growth. Speaking from experience, you are sailing a titanic boat that may soon hit an ice berg. That is not to say that there sre no exceptions but how sure are you that emotions or breakup won't get in the way and make your enterprise dream go up in smoke. Get someone else to help organize your business and leave personal relationship out of it.
