Think hard about the answers to these questions: 1. Who do I want as my customers? 2. What problem or need do they have that I want to solve? 3. What would constitute SUPERIOR VALUE for these customers, compared to alternatives? 4. How can I deliver this superior value to these customers? 5. How can I communicate my ability (product or service) before they make a purchase decision? 6. What barriers can I erect to keep competition out?
