During the COVID-19 Lock down, many of my clients have changed priorities and now the interest for the services i was offered has greatly declined. As a coach, What advise could you give me to remain in business?

The question is about the ISO consultancy services - development and implementation of QMS- i have been offering to organisations wishing to expand their market territories globally.

I suggest that you examine reorienting the skills sets and services you offer and pivot them if possible to COVID-19 related initiatives.

Relate to areas where your expertise in technology and communications can be applied to customer near terms needs at the lowest possible pricing to recover your costs and an operating profit while growing in the pandemic evolving niche. It is going to be with us for awhile.

every business is influence by moments and times, which influence their relevance and usefulness.during the pandemic if your business isnt fashion to operate remotely;reconfigure that to find its new space in the array of online businesses that are compatible with changing times. if you were online previously, you may want to find how to relate the needs of people during the pandemic thats sort of peculiar to that time and would influence the choices your clients make.

Learn to pivot your product/approach to meet the needs of the people where they are. It doesn't appear that this new normal is going to change drastically once a cure/vaccine for COVID is found, so you have to start thinking about how can/should/will your product/service be relevant in the new normal. If it can't/isn't, then now is the time to pivot to something that will. Remember necessity of the mother of invention - so now is the best time to start looking ahead at what is needed/necessary in this new normal. Get ahead of the crowd. The great thing is the small businesses are super nimble and don't tend to have alot of investment in legacy systems/processes/thinking so that gives you an advantage. Take advantage of the advantage.
