Try BlueJeans - cost effective, HD picture and sound quality, and easy to get started. Let me know if you need more information.
Report Michael's answer
Thank you Michael, I will definitely try it. Does it not charge the end user (participants). I prefer an app that can allow participants to reverse charge to me as a trainer. In some instances my participants are people who do not work and have issues with data charges, I would therefore be happy with an app that can address that . Thank you.

I use MS Teams for videoconferencing or also Zoom (with the new version that now is secure) zoom is helpful for breakout rooms when you want to split the group in small teams.
Also for a More interactive or dynamic session you can use Miro, Mural or MS whiteboard.
There are also tools for engaging the audience such as kahoot If you want me to help you or talk a little deeper about how I design online workshop please do not hesitate to contact me!
