Where do restaurants buy their items wholesale e.g. French fries, condiments, chicken wings etc.?

Depends on how much you are ordering but there are some local restaurant supply stores or you could set up an account with food services like Sysco and then you would place all your restaurant food orders through them and they would deliver to you.

Thanks, Aditi and Katie. I saw that Sysco was a popular vendor, but It's to my understanding that you need a business license for an account that permits quotes/pricing. I'll do a deep search for local companies as well.

Another item to consider is warehouse stores like Costco or Sam's Club. You may pay more (or in some cases less) than a major vendor like Sysco depending upon the product, and it will likely be more accessible from a startup perspective.
