Can anyone recommend an "inexpensive" food analysis program/software? I am trying to prepare the nutritional panel for my product. I need to list each ingredient/percentage in the recipe to be approved by FDA.

Look at NUT Open Source software. Or NutritionistPro if you have about $1,000 to spare.
