Looking to create a Technical Plan for a website and app development project and don't really know where to begin or start. I have the idea of how I want it built but don't know how to draw it up. Please Help!

Hi Marc maybe you need to start with a mind map draw it with coogle (online) or freemind draw your idea with several branches 1st ...the idea ...what do you want it to be or become 2nd ... the platform ....app.... web ... multi platform ....repositories or stores 3rd ....the users ... multilanguage.... kids .... text ...graphics ... accesories 4th ... on line .... downloadable 5.... tech support for bugs or crashes 6th ...legal support for you and so on then answer each one of this questions and you will see a picture that lets you figure out how to start

Hi Marc, You need a Software Engineer to get all you ideas and requirements and factibility (ROI) and just then create a Technical Plan. Every body has a lot a ideas drawing on PNL but is just take a idea order.

Hi Marc! I would be happy to spend some time mentoring! Please take a look at my profile and connect with me if you are interested. I have a lot of experience managing IT projects starting at initiation. You need to work through the discovery and requirements ...well, basically the entire Planning Phase :) It is a challenging phase if you don't have the tools and techniques in your back pocket, but I am happy to help you with that and ultimately help you create your technical plan. The Planning Phase really is the most important (and unfortunately often most overlooked) phase of a project.
