Where can I find a "Private FoundationDisibilities Grant(s)"

I'm 70yo,Retired,Disabled,interested in(1)Starting my own business.(2)starting a Non-Foundation to help the homeless,Sr Citzs,disadvantaged,poor,poverty stricken, in the Atlanta Ga area.(3)I need a "Personal Grant" to repair/replace ramp,recarpet mobile home,repair/replace hot water heater,install a new bathroom that would be Disabled converted too.

You might want to talk to the super helpful folks at The Foudation Center: http://foundationcenter.org/

They are a clearing house for grants to non-profits and individuals, and they have on-line and in person trianing sessions and resources that can help you idnetify some potential funders.
