unable to sign to my account

 Tried several times to sign  into my account  -check forgot password  the email sent to me  did not allow me to post a new pass word

I have signed  in several times in the past week  with no problem - now all the sudden  problems -  kindly advise what I am doing

wrong   - Gaston DiBello (I use the unofficial name Mike)
