local marketing and advertisement

I have a training session seminar that I would like to present to the local community in my area. How would I market these seminars locally to fill up seats, entertain and train entrepreneurs and  business minded individuals how to legally form that business and get millions of dollars to fund their business. Id like to market my seminars and fill my seats in my local community.

Have you tried speakig to meet up groups or forming your own?
