Hw do you ensure customers come back to get product. Especially if they a giving a good feedback.does this mean that the product is viable

Word-of-mouth marketing is the most cost-effective marketing strategy.

Now you have to go to the next step of giving some benefits - like discount coupons for people who spread good work for you.

Kefilwe hi. Marketing is part of the equation. But you will improve the chances to have loyal customers if you offer is good in terms of product/service quality, price, customer service (including post sales), time delivery, and so on.
