Hello Joseph.

Personally, I love my space. I hate clutter and I do everything within my power to only keep the essentials around me.

I am somewhat familiar with craftwork and I can relate to how messy things can get quickly.

If I had a small space, I'd make sure I clear out unnecessary clutter, then properly organise my tools and materials. I'd invest in methods and equipment that would make me look super organised, so I have more space to work in.

Also, I would also manage the orders I receive. I know there's always that fear of "if I let this job go, I'm not sure of getting another one soon".

In all honesty, I feel it's better to have 5 projects and a clean, tidy space than have 20 projects with an untidy, chaotic workspace.

I hope I've been able to help.

That is when leveraging comes in, it depends on what you are producing, everybody has influence, you can leverage on friends or family members or religious member, there must be always someone to leverage on! You must have network of persons, they say no man is an islands. You can produce their and bring to your location. That's why you are an entrepreneur think!

If there is demand from Customers, please look for options to expand your space.. look for sharing the office space options, because of 2 reasons.

  1. Whenever there is demand customer, capture the market and provide the service.
  2. At some point of time, along with Hard work , only money makes more money.. so have some little calculated investments . that only provide you the returns.

Hope this helps.

It's amazing the amount of productivity you can extract from a small space. Plus it gives you a different perspective on how to make things in general better.
