Sometimes little things can make a big difference when it comes to selling products. In the case of seafood, how you present the seafood can make a difference if someone buys it. Here is a video that explains this critical selling point for seafood:

Since it sounds like you have a retail store, you should also recognize that placement and presentation is important throughout your food store as well as the flow and layout within the store.
