First off. Have the place ready for a video. Get an influencer or artist or even a beautiful person that can do a review for the space. Showing all you have and all the services you can render. Post it on social media and have your family and friends to help share it to reach a wider audience. I hope this helps

To buttress what Aishat said, you can also network with event planners. Oftentimes, they are the ones who makes the choice of venue for events.

Can you hold an event and invite the associations of professionals who might be future renters? Think about who might use the space, what organizations they belong to, and invite them to a social networking hour. Especially invite any/all local media and social media influencers.

Define your target market. Who do you think will be most likely to rent your space? Weddings? Business meetings? Parties? And then where will you find those people?

Social media: regular posts that include pictures. Have a consistent username for each platform. Networking: attend or have a booth at bridal events, join local facebook groups, join small business groups, host a free event and invite planners, sorority leaders, business leaders Internet: invite local magazines to visit your location, see if they will do a writeup Information: Make it easy for someone to learn pricing or inquire about the space. Quick responses to any inquiries. Product: And then follow through with hosting amazing events. Overdeliver to make sure that there is nothing but positive things to say about your venue. Incentivize renters to share their story with social media or to bring in referrals.

I concur with the answers above! Social media is a valuable tool! Advertise in Facebook Marketplace too! To get folks in the door, offer them a special discounted rate, and once business pickup, charge standard rates. Also, when you make postings on Facebook, Instagram or other social media, use good hashtags such as #weddings, #prom, #parties, #babyshowers, #nightlife
