How I can help

My professional background

I am a change agent with 20+ years of knowledge and experience in different fields aimed to engage in random acts of kindness and lifelong learning journeys to help people of diverse cultures and backgrounds step out of their comfort zones and start a growth mindset journey that leads to brilliant success and build and reshape their leadership brands to leave their mark on their lives and in their societies.

I founded the Helping Hands Initiative for Community Service back in 2013. Since then, I have offered pro bono coaching and mentoring services for varied groups to accept and embrace personal growth and charitable endeavors in their communities.

I am keen on writing and editing documents and profiles, translating and interpreting posts and conversations, and managing and resolving conflicts and disputes across or on an excellent level.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I can provide young and mature female entrepreneurs with personal brand and identity guidelines and coaching and training support.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

• Urge and direct young and mature female entrepreneurs to speak up and share their stories and have a clear north star strategy to boost their startup and venture performance excellence;

• Embrace and drive mentees’ learning and development journey and motivate them to take and accept feedback and advice for growth by and after achieving and reaping goals and outcomes.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

They must have a personal mission statement, resources and challenge lists, and a meeting agenda covering mentorship purposes and topics.
