As an accomplished, dynamic, and strategic leader, I bring 22 years of IT experience of delivering technology solutions and mentoring for various domains, including data and machine learning engineering, full stack web development and consumer, enterprise software. In the past, I have led teams at Telecom and Financial domains. I have experience on huge data engineering and machine learning projects on MS Power Platform, Power BI, MS 365, R Shiny, Python, Excel, SQL.

I am working a full-time remote freelancer and mentor from last 10 years out of my 22 years of IT experience. I work with clients to get good customers experience and for ongoing mentoring relationships.

I expect my mentor to be supportive, respectful, honest, and trustworthy, communicate with me regularly and effectively. I expect my mentor to celebrate my achievements and acknowledge my efforts.
