Oroge Solomon has more than 20 years of accounting , Financial Management, Audit, small Business Incubation & Development, Marketing, Sales, Corporate strategic planning and business process re-engineering experience, as well as management positions with companies like Global information technology Company, International Data Management (IDM) now NIIT,IMS Consulting Services Limited, Dynamic Great Investment Limited and Comsoft Consulting Group International. Mr oroge started his Accounting, Business Advisory & Consulting services in 2004 after working many years in the corporate world and provides Interim CFO and Controllership services, Accounting Management support services, Accounting , business Financial systems consulting services, New business processes implementation and training services, Non profit making organization(NGOS) project assistance and small scales business and entrepreneurs development services.
His extensive experience includes providing services Accounting, Financial Management, Business Advisory in the SME. distribution, manufacturing, service, hospitality, restaurant, Fashion & textiles, moving, insurance, technology, financial services, retail and healthcare industries.
He is a result –oriented and effective leader with proven ability to revive financial and economical troubled companies or institutions. One of his core strength lies is his ability to proactively identify and resolve problems with diversified knowledge in Accounting, information Technology, International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), strategic Management, Business growth & Development, Project financial Management, Corporate sales & Marketing strategies and Debt Collection Management Mr Oroge is currently the Group Managing Partner/ Chief Executive Director of SAO Professional Services International.
