Lean consultant - help organizations (especially manufacturing industries) to optimize performance - increase productivity & and reduce cost. I used to run my own consulting business (called SPIRAL) since 2016, but due to covid's economic effect, I now left it and moved to work as a Continuous Improvement Regional Manager - helping food and beverage industries improve their overall efficiencies and productivity.
How to work with me
What I can offer
1- Help in setting up a business model for manufacturers (for startups or for those who need to redesign their current model),
2- Help in improving current operational pains (for those who do have market demand but are unable to deliver and satisfy demand).
3- Help in monitoring performance - using KPIs and performance review meetings and dashboards.
4- Participate in a brainstorming session (eg. to innovate a new business model, etc)
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
I might not be available for super quick replies. May just need entrepreneur to bear with me if I don't reply on the same day.
I don't expect that I will do the homework for him/her. I will be happy to coach and follow up, but not do the work for them of course.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
The entrepreneurs - startups with new products - they should already know the initial market survey, and whether or not their product is feasible for the market. I can't help them if their product is not wanted (or not sellable) in the market in the first place.
