Camille Bennett Bennett land development I rent low income apartments to 30 low income and transitioning families Ever since Covid19 2/3 of these persons have not paid rent in the last several months.  I've been in business for 20 years.  I am a 59 year old black woman.  I implore  you to remember the landlords who house these families. I need help now or I'm going to  close my doors on 30 families. 30 families whom I care for. They have applied  for rental assistance but I'm not paid at all. I also rent to 2 daycare centers who have not paid rent in several months.  I rent to and support 2 Daycare centers.  These centers play a significant role in caring for families.  have a credit score of 808 and it's declining.  I can't pay any bills. Covid19 has me and these families beat including Jeff Jones a local barbershop has closed after renting from me for 17 years.  I tried to work it out with him but he was beaten by covid19 and tired. I still have to pay for electricians plumbers masonry Utilities Mortgages Taxes maintenance.  My business supports all these businesses and I provide housing for families.  Covid19 has me beat beat beat.  I need help now.  thank you.
