What I can offer
I have 28 years of leadership experience across multiple organizational levels, including ownership. Productivity, hiring and reductions, mergers, business development, employee training, medical chart auditing, compliance, and onboarding and training have all been part of my responsibilities.
My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
Honesty and transparency so that the suggestions offered are based on reality. There must be follow through and consistency once the process starts. A mentoring relationship requires a commitment of time from both parties for preparation, communication, and implementation. Both sides must be willing to make this commitment.
How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start
It is essential that the mentee know what it is he or she hopes to accomplish through the relationship. Taking the time to develop a set of goals or objectives for the mentoring time will be a great first step. Come prepared to schedule and dedicate time to the process. Be honest throughout.
