How I can help

My professional background

I started my career as a school psychologist, and left after 3 years to work full time at the business that I started with my co-founder. We grew the business over 14 years and sold in 2018 to Foster Grant, International. I was in charge of the operations side of our B2C ecommerce business, including fulfillment, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I can help startup entrepreneurs talk through business ideas and strategy, or work on solving specific problems. I have experience defining and growing our business operations, but also really enjoy working through team member challenges, helping companies define their culture, and creating hiring plans.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship is that the mentee drives the relationship. I expect the mentee to ask for help when needed, set the topics for our meetings, and set the goals for our mentoring relationship.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Before our meeting, the entrepreneur should decide what they want to get our of our meeting and should come prepared with questions and/or goals.
