About my venture
The Tuck Shop Started 2019
The Tuck Shop is a Caribbean Deli, offering sandwiches, soups, salads, snacks, coffee, tea, juices, sodas, water (still and sparkling) and a complete bar. Because of the size of the venue, we only offer take out, we have a table with 2 chairs outside and can sit about 4 people at the counter. It does have a kitchen, we bake our breads and pastries and prepare specials. We also have an rotisserie oven and offer rotisserie chicken. Our daily specials offer lunch meals not on the regular menu. We are opened 6 days from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed Sundays We also have a Friday happy Hour and Barbecue with extended hours; we usually set up a tent with tables and chairs. We have in house music, but occasionally, we have a DJ; this event contributes about 30% of our weekly revenues. We are located in a commercial complex with at least 10 business with an approximation of 60 employees, the traffic flow (people coming in to do business) is moderate.
