What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

Due lack of time and motivation I currently am not doing much with my venture. I'm still in university which takes a lot of time for studying and also have another side job where I work 2 times a week.

The lack of motivation comes forth out of the problems that I endure with starting up my business. Here in I have problems with branding the venture, setting up a website, creating social media content, generating leads and coming up with new promotion actions.

I would like to create a full branded venture which I can actively manage per day and generate leads as well, but I find difficulty in generating leads and to create customer loyalty.

About my venture

HNVO/SUPERSIMCARD Started 2019

With my company I sell prepaid SIM cards to seafarers that enter the port of Rotterdam in industrial ships (container- and bulkcarriers). With this venture the customer or potential customer contacts me through a phone call, text message or other contact mediums such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

Whenever a (potential) customer contacts me I arrange a date and time wherein I will visit the ship on the terminal. At this moment any seafarer onboard of the ship can come to me to buy any available prepaid SIM card in USD or EUR.

The seafarers need these kind of SIM cards for data or calling minutes, because they would like to contact their family back home and use it for any other purpose in their free time. They are not able to use their SIM card from back home because of the roaming restrictions. This is where I come in as a helpful product seller.

Other than SIM cards, I'm able to deliver any other kind of products that they request.
