How to work with me

What I can offer

I will the mentees that i cheer him on, provide him feedback, advice him, and help him define and reach his goals.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

1, I have to be the initiative in the relationship. Invite my mentee to meet with me, and suggest topics to discuss. Use email, phone, and time in person.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

Prior to the meeting, the mentee should research about the mentor(s) and their area of expertise. Reading their work profile and past experiences will give an insight into the upcoming meeting. The mentee can also research about questions and problem statements in his/her own venture, so that the meeting largely focuses on important areas of discussion.
