How I can help
My professional background
I’ve always loved connecting people to resources, ideas and one another - that’s why I joined Verizon in August 2018 as Smart Communities Proposal Manager, helped launch the Public Sector proposal content team, and now focus on improving the customer support experience on the Verizon Consumer Group's Digital & App Channel Experience team.
I hold a B.S. in Industrial Design and practice Design Thinking to manage projects, programs, brands, and campaigns. In early 2020, my Verizon Build the Future Challenge submission was chosen for the Top 25 out of 1,300 entries. In my varied roles as an assistant city manager, elected official, and consumer and B2B product/marketing manager, I’ve been passionate about helping people solve problems with technology.
I volunteer as a mentor and advocate for young women and veterans; helping others develop their talents brings me joy, too. Five days a week you’ll find me riding some type of bicycle (road, gravel, commuter or track), practicing yoga and strength training in preparation for Masters Track Nationals slated for September, 2021 at the velodrome in Trexlertown, PA.I’ve always loved connecting people to resources, ideas and one another - that’s why I joined Verizon in August 2018 as Smart Communities Proposal Manager, helped launch the Public Sector proposal content team, and now focus on improving the customer support experience on the Verizon Consumer Group's Digital & App Channel Experience team.
