THE ANALYZER

The project is aimed to identify the strongest predictive variables of winning, drawing and losing in association football and also on the building of a generalized predictive model named "The Analyzer" for predicting the results of football matches. Modelling a predictive system for football matches is not merely of interest in academia, but is also hugely significant in terms of economic value. A BBC article estimated the worth of the football trading market to be around $700 billion to $1 trillion (http: //www.bbc. com/sport/football/24354124)
