My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
I'm revising my business to the point that it's almost like starting from scratch. I am very familiar with operating a brick and mortar store, but I need strategic help in reaching my customers online.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have a social media presence and I'm in the process of revising my website. I have what I think is a solid plan, but it would be great to have another set of eyes on it.
My future goals
In the short term, I want my business to be predictable--I'd like to have the systems in place to be able to anticipate my monthly revenue rather than just taking a wild guess.
My motivations to work with a mentor
Right now, I know just enough to be dangerous--in order to be effective, I need some outside expertise!
About my venture
Stradley & Daughter Jewelers Started 2020
I am fifth generation jeweler who has recently inherited the family business. Due to a number of factors, I've decided to modify the business model from the old brick and mortar business to a virtual arrangement. I will provide private custom jewelry design services to online customers in addition to personalizable made-to-order fine jewelry pieces.
