I believe I have the skillset necessary to reach my goals with the business, I'm mostly lacking a clear direction and game plan to execute it.

I have a lot of experience in promoting products/services for other businesses, but not nearly as much experience with creating my own. So I need help finding ways I could improve my current service that I'm offering to subscribers, finding out the best plan for pricing, increasing customer LTV, and a general marketing strategy for growing the company.

Built the website, had the content (daily videos) created for the website, set up the payment processing, and ran a small advertising budget to test how the product resonates with my audience.

The website is ready to go, I just need people to subscribe to it.

Get 50,000+ monthly subscribers on my site each paying $30/month. Then selling the site for a 5-10x multiple of yearly recurring revenue for over 9-figures.

I'm already living comfortably from a financial perspective, but I love the game of business and would like to keep growing both as an entrepreneur and as a person.

Learning how to successfully build a new business that can then become a sellable asset within the next couple of years is a challenge that I'm very motivated to take on.

I'm a digital marketer by trade. I generate a large amount of leads for Medicare and have recently created a new business to promote to the medicare leads I've captured.

The new business is called Bendy Body, which is a website that allows its subscribers to receive daily fitness videos. The fitness videos are tailored towards seniors who haven't had a regular exercise routine for years/decades. Each daily video is only around 8-10 minutes in length to keep them motivated to return everyday and make it a daily habit. Almost all of the movements can be done while sitting in a chair so it's very low-impact.

My digital marketing company does around $20million+ per year in revenue and $3-$4million per year in take-home net profit that's split between my business partner and I 50/50.

I'm looking to leverage our current skills (Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok ads) into growing our fitness website.

My goal for Bendy Body is to hit 50,000 monthly subscribers within the next 2-3 years and to sell the company for a 5-10x multiple of yearly profits which would be a buyout of over 9-figures.

I'm 28 years old, and have only been in the digital marketing space for around 3 years. Though I've been very grateful for the early success that my marketing business has achieved, I'm still nowhere near the level I would like to be as an entrepreneur and as a person.
