What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

-Figuring out financial stuff -deciding how to start -- start small or go all in?

Actions I’ve taken so far

-made a business plan -estimated start up costs -made budget -market analysis

My future goals

I would love to turn this into a non-profit some day. The mission behind this is to pass sewing skills on to the next generation while becoming an innovation hub for tackling the textile waste component of the climate crisis.

My motivations to work with a mentor

I don't have any family or close friends who have started a business. I want to do it right and am getting lost in online guides, videos, and courses.

About my venture

Strawberry Studios

I want to start a studio that teaches sewing classes and also doubles as a workshop to make and sell garments. The studio will be 100% zero waste and will only use reclaimed materials as a way to divert textile waste from landfills.

Countries of operation: United States of America
