My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
During Covid 19, the HR Consulting industry basically tanked.
So I spent the last two years re pivoting and focusing on the future of HR Consulting.
To this end I redid the client focus and rebranding so its base done current and future HR demand.
Then I basically did Sandlers Sales and other training to aid the Sales Cadences and multichannel sales system that my freelancer is busy building.
Similarly, I built my own HR podcast and am building e-learning courses.
The challenge is really taking the sales training and applying to the multichannel sales cadences that I have and leverage them to achieve my sales goals, build the vendor partnerships, marketing partnerships so I can then build a sales team and HR Team to manage things eventually so I can focus on the HR Consulting piece.
Right now despite finalizing the multichannel sales system being build, doing podcasting, and then implementing my E-learning course multiplication system its all just me.
So naturally it just makes it difficult to determine where the gaps are between implementation of the systems and my strengths and weaknesses in sales and marketing. Then address them rather then overdoing things when have to balance doing sales, podcasting, and launching my courses despite having automation.
Having a sales and marketing mentor would help me hit my sales and marketing strategy and targets for my consulting, podcasting, and e-learning course sales.

Similarly, I built my own HR podcast and am building e-learning courses using courses for mini course design and multiplying these courses for maximizing sales via a marketing and product multiplier course.

Already have an HR Mentor and a Mindset mentor and a holistic activities mentor.
Just not a sales and marketing mentor and really need one.
My future goals
Right now despite finalizing the multichannel sales system being build, doing podcasting, and then implementing my E-learning course multiplication system its all just me.
So naturally it just makes it difficult to determine where the gaps are between implementation of the systems and my strengths and weaknesses in sales and marketing. So I can fine tune my sales training, hit my goals, secure contracts and then build my own sales and hr team to execute it.
Similarly for the e-learning min courses, I want to be able to market them effectively once I multiply them using the current courses that teach me how.
Lastly, I then want to use my podcast and e-learning courses to earn money to reinvest and building coaching programs, and hire the sales and hr team once I hit my current sales targets , e-learning course launch and multiplication system and its marketing that I am executing per two training I invested in.

My motivations to work with a mentor

This way I am maximizing my work life balance and using the tools, automation, and maximizing my efforts on the hings I need to focus on in terms of sales and marketing for my sales, e-courses , and podcast. With the right sales and marketing mentor, the good news is having setup automation already/ being setup and process saves time to focus on things where I need to focus on.
