What I need help with
My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
I have too much to do in too little time.. I already had a streaming TV channel on 2 networks, but they didn't keep their end of the deal. I want to have it on my own platform now, but I'm not sure which to start with or if I should have it on every platform like I had before with the other networks. I've also had a online magazine on my website, but now I am creating a digital and print on demand magazine for moms. I have also been a Godaddy reseller for a long time.. but I am unhappy working with them and selling for them now and want to switch hosting for my website, even though I have customers who renew from me on avahosting.biz.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have writers, an editor, a printer, public relations, and other colleagues who have digital magazines. I've decided on some revenue streams, and have some strategic partners. I have moms who are regularly involved on clubhouse and events. I set up a group on facebook to get ready for my Mastermind. I have a sponsor to create a NFT and coin. New Youtube channel.
My future goals
Create Clothing and household products to sell. Some promotional. Get sponsors. Set up LLC and funding resources. Rebuild my website. Start Mastermind Build community and more events. Build TV Channel Expand Non- Profit- Single moms in loving entrepreneurship - SMILE group on facebook.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I have some experience with publishing and events, and the magazine on my website. I have some excellent contacts in media and TV (Emmy winning news anchors/reporters/TV Hosts etc). I need a mentor who is experience with building a community of engaged women (Mom) and building a business, magazine and Film/TV. I know a lot about a lot of things but a expert in none!
