What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

I have a Draft of the Big Yeti Tiny Village Biz plan, power point presentation and Ex summery. I have a draft of a tri fold flyer for selling our flag ship product. One week of camping for beginners in their new motor homes. Under Funded, poor credit score. My back ground is general contacting so its a good fit. looking and new year and a new development style with my experiences all rolled into one project. Lack of funds. appling for $150K. My property will be my down payment.

3000 buys a fisibility study 3500 gets a pre project meeting with the county 5000 buys a business develp package 12000 buys marketing for a year.

Actions I’ve taken so far

Ive spend Hours drafting and redrafting the flow to success chart.

  1. I own a parcel of land in the Tahoe national forest that is commercial. it has a store front already. it is zoned for a campground.
  2. recruited a team. kind of. Reluctant warriors who want to chip in but worried about compensation down the road.

  3. i am enrolled with talking to others, searching for a mentor, need a cpa, and biz development guru. i have a lawyer who camps so he is working on contingency .

I have also beat my head agaist the wall trying to inch closer and closer to my goals.

My future goals

These will be Micro Campgrounds. Designed to franchise to all states and even some country's.

a ceiling of $950K turn key for a Campground with proven streams of income to support the owner and family. These Campgrounds are built with scalability in mind.

My motivations to work with a mentor

Im Stuck and i dont want to know everything. THe good news is . I am a general contactor who understands RV and Camping. Hipcamp.com makes it easy to offer DRY Camping to people thru a website 365s a year. So 4 dry camps x $65 night x 365. Just that little bit of business will pay for buying one of these Micro Camps. But what can be value added over time creates a staggering ROI potential. I don't want to be a book keeper. I don't want to run the store or oversee campers. My Gig is Selling the RV school packages to local RV Dealers and Developing the Use of the Campground and Local awareness. That's my gifts.

Im a vet, i draw disability, i have a good idea, ruff paper work on everything a parcel Zoned for the project as my down payment and what i want to do quickly is be Credit worthy. I have LLC, EIN, DUNs, BIz Address, Advisor team (loose interpatation of)

I want to get approval with the county, get a concept developer on the payroll and build a team with people who want to go the distance.

I have nothing to sell. in that i mean. just the fact that its me tying all this with typos an all means i need a personal assistant. i want to build a small team that gets that our next dry camp user might just be our next Big Yeti Tiny Village Buyer. This is not a one off. we are prototyping to scale. Immediately. Dry camps and RV spots with full hookups will be operational by May.
