My current challenges

At the moment I am recruiting the members of my Ambassador team and I lead the team. Then I get in touch with each lead to analyze their need so to find a match with our services(B2C) On the the other side I am the one in charge for negotiating agreements with companies(B2B)

Actions I’ve taken so far

About the Ambassador team: we work together on personal and job goal. We meet once a week and define together tasks and goals(The main goal is lead generation). Daily I send them a motivation email sharing some motivational Speech or some tutorial about how to better use the email tools, online courses for communication skills, motivational books, tips and trick about business. About my role into Sales: through linkedin and google I research the companies in target and I get in touch with them to sale group courses which will support their employees in being more productive and offering higher quality support to their customers.

My future goals

My future goals is to perform better as a Sales Manager and as a Leader, and to increase our business in Italy and Germany

I am highly motivated. I am here because my CEO sees a big potential in me and suggested me to find a mentor that will help me to unleash my talents
